The SilverLake Accounts payable application enables the institution to enter creditors into the system, track all accounts payable, enter invoice transactions, reverse invoice entries, if necessary, and enter credit memos. History is tracked for all creditors, including a detailed record for each transaction. The history can be retained as long as desired.
Checks can also be generated by the system, typed manually, or a combination of both. If preferred, payments to creditors can be deposited into a checking account at your institution. The accounts payable application is fully integrated with the SILVERLAKE Customer Information File. All transactions generated interface with the Jack Henry and Associates, Inc. General Ledger application.
Payments to individual vendors can be split into percentages or dollar amounts to go to specific general ledger expense accounts, complete with profit or cost center information. Automatic federal and/or state withholdings, as well as the printing of 1099 forms, can be provided at either the vendor or CIF level.
BANK STATEMENT IMAGING
With Bank Statement Imaging, the images of all proof transactions and in-clearing items are recorded on optical storage devices. Images can later be retrieved and printed when the customer’s bank statement is prepared. Printed copies of the checks are returned to the customer with their statement instead of the actual documents. The laser printed images and statement will be printed on paper pre-punched with holes for easy documentation storage.
With Bank Statement Imaging, the benefits to your bank include reduced postage, fee income, reduced labor on statement preparation, no more missing checks or sending a check from a different account in a statement. With this feature, you can even look up items using a browser from your desktop, reducing time to respond to customer inquiries.

DEBIT CARD SUPPORT SYSTEM
We offer debit card processing through various network interfaces to MasterCard and VISA. The Debit Card Support System involves the addition of the MasterCard or VISA logo, and a hologram to the front of the proprietary ATM card. This allows your cardholders to access their checking account from millions of MasterCard or VISA merchants worldwide. The debit card functions like a credit card at the point-of-sale, but the transaction is debited from your customer’s checking account.

BankData Services has gone to great lengths and considerable expenses to ensure continued operations, even if a disaster happens. In addition, we maintain our own separate ‘High Availability’ site for our Core Systems and our Item Processing Systems. Our High Availability site is monitored daily and tested by BankData Services personnel on a yearly basis. This is a mirrored mainframe and gives us the best possible backup and recovery options.

Integrated Teller System
The SilverLake Teller system is a full function, host-based Teller software package that utilizes the functionality of the personal computer and the AS/400. The SilverLake Teller system is a Jack Henry and Associates, Inc. product tightly integrated with the SilverLake System.

CASH MANAGEMENT & BILL PAYMENT
The Cash Management module of NetTeller was designed for use by commercial and non-profit organizations.
