E-Desk is a product of Vsoft Corporation. E-Desk allows a user
to retrieve images of proof items and in-coming items from the
CHEXel Imaging System from any SILVERLAKE terminal using a standard
web browser.
E-Desk allows you to retrieve and print images of
checks, deposit tickets, loan payments, general ledger tickets, and
foreign checks in a few seconds. Captured check images, including
the front and backs, and transaction level research, are available
for viewing and printing for the last 24 months. Captured items can
also be used with Windows-based
applications, such as Microsoft Word.
E-Desk's advanced searching functions enable image searches by
account number, date ranges, dollar amount ranges, check number
ranges, item sequence number ranges, transaction codes, debit/credit
codes, pocket numbers, application codes, and routing transit
numbers for transit item research. Workstation requirements include a web browser and a TCP/IP network
connection.
