Bank Statement Imaging is the process where the images of all
proof transactions and in-clearing items are recorded on optical
storage devices. Later when the customer's bank statement is
prepared, these images are retrieved and printed out with the
account information on the statement. The printed copies of the
checks are then returned to your customer with their statement
instead of the actual documents. The laser printed images and
statement will be printed on paper that has been pre-punched with
holes for easy insertion into a three-ring binder for storage.
