The Safe Deposit Box system is a comprehensive application which enables you to maintain up to 99,999,999,999 boxes and to have current reporting on all of the boxes, occupied as well as unoccupied, at all times. Reporting is available by branch and by bank.

Special features of this application are:

• User can change the rental amount on all boxes or any particular group of boxes at any time.

• Automatically debit rental amounts from DDA or Savings accounts.

• Generate billing notices for those customers who do not wish to have rental payments automatically debited from their accounts.

• Automatically waive rental fees.

• Record a key deposit.

• Restrict entry into the box for the following reasons:

- Box renter is deceased.
- Entry has been restricted or held by renter.
- Entry has been restricted by court order.
- Entry is restricted because of past due status.
- Restricted for other reason.

• Information about Safe Deposit Box may be included on combined bank statement.

• You may have up to 999 different rental rates.

• File maintenance is stored for life of contract.

• Tracks past due accounts.

• Tracks unoccupied boxes.

• All transactions interface with the general ledger system.
