BankData Services has gone to great lengths
and considerable expense to ensure continued operation, no matter
what disaster we are confronted with. Our facilities are protected
by state of the art security systems, electrical filtering systems,
uninterruptible power supplies, a backup generator and non-toxic
fire suppression systems.
In addition, we maintain our own separate ‘High Availability’ site
for our Core Systems and our Item Processing Systems. Our High
Availability site is monitored daily and is tested by BankData
Services personnel at least annually. This is a mirrored mainframe
and gives us the best possible back up and recovery options.
In the event of any failed communications, since we’re close by, we
have the capability of accepting your daily paper items for capture
and posting. Our priority is keeping your bank and your customer
records up to date and accurate. |
